By creating an account, registering for a session, or using our digital analytics and coaching tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Evolve Basketball is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

• Minors: If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to register for an account or participate in any physical training programs.

Evolve Basketball provides in-person basketball coaching, digital training programs, game IQ analytics, and athletic apparel. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or program at any time without prior notice.

• Fees: All fees for camps, training sessions, and digital subscriptions must be paid in full prior to access or participation.

• Subscriptions: Digital analytics and training apps may be billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• Refunds: All refund requests are governed by our official Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• Respectful Environment: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike conduct toward coaches, staff, or fellow athletes.

• Safety Protocol: Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by Evolve Basketball coaching staff. Failure to comply may result in immediate dismissal from the program without a refund.

• Physical Activity: Basketball and athletic training carry inherent risks of physical injury. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred.

• Medical Clearance: You confirm that you are physically fit to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from engaging in strenuous physical activity.

• Liability Release: Evolve Basketball, its coaches, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained during training sessions, camps, or while using our facilities.

All content provided by Evolve Basketball, including but not limited to training videos, playbooks, analytics software, logos, and website design, is the exclusive property of Evolve Basketball. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolve Basketball shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, digital platforms, or physical facilities.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of Evolve Basketball services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
